At MATTAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MATTAR account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original garment bags and include the printed return slip inside the shipping box before sealing it securely.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics portal using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
